Substantial Hailstones and Broad Destruction

Residents observed large ice chunks as large as 7 centimeters in certain regions. Meteorological experts announced that different parts across the state had been hit with significant hail.

Rescue organizations received 598 calls for help across the area, primarily for building damage but also for fallen timber and flooding.

At the height on Sunday, more than 28,000 electricity consumers in the state were lacking electricity.

Moist weather were predicted to continue along significant areas of the state's eastern regions this coming days as a low-pressure trough continued to attract humidity against the coast.

Tuesday was expected to become the wettest day, with persistent thunderstorm potential anticipated across different parts of both regions.
